HPD: Elderly woman beaten to death in southwest Houston home invasion

Police are hoping that jewelry stolen from the scene of a deadly home invasion will lead them to an 82-year-old Houston woman’s killer.

Margaret "Marie" Gage was beaten to death during a burglary at her home in the 5700 block of Sanford at Mullins Thursday night....

Thank you everyone who particicpated in Memorial Shooting Center's raffle for the Sig Scorpion 1911 45 ACP. We were able to raise nearly $2,400! What a great community! All proceeds, including the our cost of the firearm, were donated to a local charity as well as a local are school.
